Derby Recruitment

Sooo, I actually dont really know how I even became on the recruitment team at all, I didnt sign up when they started so I think it was when Ann had me start recruiting online and got me more into it. Either way I was asked recently to take over position as head of recruiting!! Awesome. So tonight I sat down and figured a lot of stuff out. Im planning a meeting before practice monday with the recruitment team and things are gonna change! We already recruited 3 girls and I need to find a place for them to practice, maybe they can practice in the derby house, who knows? So im gonna figure that out, along with new recruitment times, saturday recruitment's, recruiting in places other than classic, ect. I also have a question list that im gonna talk to the team about and see what they think, as well as a tryout list for the fresh meat. So after monday ill update with the new plan! I also have on my plate team name registry, joy hahaha. I haven't the first idea where to start there. So I wrote a question list and you gotta start somewhere.
