Wedding nails!

So here we sit at the nail salon! Me and my cousin Megan.  We have been waiting for at least an hour...  This is called walking in with no appointment.  Ha ha ha.  But it will be worth it!!!!!! I'm planning on getting white tips that are sparkly,  she is planning on regular white tips.  Let's get this show on the road! My bachelorette/bachelor party is going down tonight at my favorite local bar and it can't come any sooner! It's time to get trashed I have jello shots waiting at home lol! Juss checking in for the moment!

3 days away!

Well the wedding is 3 days away... AHHH! Im so excited. My dear friend Chelsea helped me bleach my roots tonight and I put the pink in, now its setting. Tomorrow morning im waking up and going to get my nails done. All that's left is the rehearsal Friday at 7pm, and then we get ready! I have to pay for the cake and my makeup the day of, everything else is done. T minus 3 days!

Also Tomorrow is the Bachelor/Bachelorette party at our favorite local bar! And there are 80 jello shots in my fridge... YEA BUDDY. Cant wait, lets get this party started! Cmon tomorrow!

Fiance' is a genius!

So my Fiance is a Genius! He fixed my computer that I had all but given up on. Built it in 2007 never made an upgrade since, and it has ran Vista (Dont judge) and never had an issue until about 6 months ago. And finally last week it BSOD and I couldn't recover it. FAIL. I chalked it up as a loss, looked up a brand new build and was prepared to drop $$$ on a whole new system. I come home from work tonight and BAM he has it fixed, up and running with windows 7 on it and all my photos and music and everything ready to go! Whaattt, so now i'm going to get a new HDD and we will be upgrading his computer instead because mine is fine! Hes the best! And my life is happy Haha! YAY computer! ( I knew that my build 7 years ago wasn't crappy!) Anyways that is all!

Wedding preparations!

In 5 days I'll be Mrs. Steele! I have a hair appointment to schedule for Wednesday,  nails to schedule For Tuesday and last minute shopping for today after work.  Our mixed Bachelor /Bachelorette  Party is on Thursday night and we are going to party it up!  I am getting so excited! Everything is falling together! Eep.  Juss wanted to pop in and express my excitement!!!!!!!!!!!

Haven't posted in like a year!

So I haven't really been posting since I haven't been into the modeling scene much.  I'm so busy with life that I forget to sit down and write a little! I decided that I'm going to start updating this blog with personal blogs and a mixture of whatever the hell I want!  So here it is! First I would like to mention that in 9 days I will officially be Mrs.  Steele!  The wedding planning has been in the works for about 2 years and i literally have 3 things left to pay for which will happen Monday and then I'm 100 percent prepared! I've got my dress,  my hair,  my makeup,  the tuxes,  the bridesmaids dresses,  the flower girls,  ring bear,  the venue,  the cake,  the Rings,  the photos,  the invites, the registry, the food,  the dj! Literally everything.  And it's all going to come together in 9 days!!!! 💍♥

One thing I have decided to do differently this time around,  is never take my significant other for granted.  I am thankful for every day that I get to spend with this man.  I can't imagine living my life without him.  I go to bed next to him every night and wake up to him every morning. 

I used to dream of a relationship like this.  I used to dream that I would have a companion,  a partner,  someone to talk to,  and watch movies with.  Someone to joke around with and someone I can be myself around.  Someone who doesn't judge me for who I am or how I dress or what I like.  Someone who will accept me for me and never ask me to change.  Someone juss like him!

Enough mushy shit. I love him that Is all.  Haha.  Moving on, I moved in Feb,  and that was a great move.  Better place then we were in before and less on rent for now,  it does need alot of work though.  I'll tell you that it's a fixer upper.  In time though.  We are hoping to buy it someday.  If we can get a rent to own option we are going to start working on the basement first.  But we'll see. 

As for work I got a new job in December,  made it to the mentor program in February,  and became a supervisor in July.  I love my job! If you work hard you can accomplish anything!!!

Well I think that's enough ranting for now,  more updates later! I will start updating this thing alot more now...  Or so I say.  Hahaha.  Peace out!

Sic tattooing re grand opening event

The event was off the hook!!!!! The venue was mostly packed, and our runway went amazing.  We had 3 outfit changes,  and we did Event modeling and promotional modeling as well as our runway stuff.  We made contacts and I was very impressed with the whole thing.  I had the privilege of  modeling with the gorgeous Jenna Widmer, the elusive Hannah Hospital, The quirky Kellie Jean, and the Badass Bree SugarRush! I love all those girls!  Here are some pictures:

Practicing runway!

Jenna and I Know what we are doing,  I'm way rusty though because it's been a long long time since I walked runway.  Either way we fell right back into it,  juss like riding a bike.  Courtney is brand new at this and hasn't ever done it before so the trick was teaching her.  She learns extremely well.  I had to correct her bouncy best and arm swings juss a few times that was it. She's got it down!  Now to practice at home in heels.  Good thing she has hardwood floors. The key things to remember in runway are,  always look straight ahead,  no matter how much you want to look around,  don't.  Don't swing your arms too much,  but don't hold them too still,  you don't want to look like a robot.  Juss a gentle swing. And don't be too bouncy when you do your spin at the end of the Runway. And the number one thing to remember is if you fall,  do not break character,  get up and act like it was supposed to happen.  We meet on the 30th at 1 at the shop to go over the order we come out and put our outfits together ect. Hopefully makeup and hair will be done by 1 but we will see.  Also they gave us all VIP lanyards!  Hell ya!  Photos attached!

SIC Update!

Soooo one of the girls,  Ambry,  dropped out of the event last night.  Fml.  Not enough time to replace her,  and all of her shiz is already ordered.  Oh well!  5 of us will juss have to do.  On another note here is a pic of the nails that Kellie got done for the event,  as well as the event flier!!  Be there!  The walking practice will go on tonight at 7, and that should be fun.  More updates tonight!  8D

Nails!

Got the nails done! Hot pink glitter tips, the runway walking was re-scheduled until tomorrow night! So thats the plan as of right now, here are a few photos!

Jennas hair is all dyed, yay. Our nails are done, makeup and hair artists are scheduled, we are gonna rock it! Dont miss the event!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now for an update on a few things I am doing, There is talk of a vapor shoot for a store online, Ill have more details on that later. There is also talk of a hick-hop shoot or possibly music video for an upcoming artist who has worked with Tech nine, and other famous people. So that will be alot of fun! Im also in the process of modeling makeup for an online makeup line, that was in the process last summer but schedules clashed and we ended up waiting, so as soon as the company is ready we will dive into that one head first! SIC Tattooing Grand Re-Opening Event!

So myself and 5 others will be modeling in this event! We have 3-4 clothing lines we will be modeling on the runway, as well as event modeling and advertising around the event. Today we are getting our nails done and practicing our runway walks and spins! This will be alot of fun. Here are sme photos of the girls that we are putting in the slideshow, im missing 2 so Ill update when those 2 are done.

 Im missing Jenna and Courtney! But I will update when they are done like I said. So ill make sure to get some photos of the nails when we are getting them done and do a few from the practice at the shop tonight! The event is November 30th, and it starts at 5pm. Located at the ponderosa building at the spanish Fork fairgrounds, if anyone wants to come, VIP is 15.00 and regular admission is 5.00. See you there!
