I love this pic, juss sayin. I dont usually smile because I always look goofy, but somehow I pulled it off here. lol! Anywho moving on! This shoot was taken at the Salt Flats in the old graffitti house thingy. Which was really cool by the way. I got my coat with the fir hood a Aeropostale, I got my gloves t ho Topic, and the jeans im wearing that you cant see I got at buckle, Also the camaro shirt im wearing that you cant see either I got at walmart, and my boots that you also cant see I got at forever young in the mall. Mark from MGA studios is one of my favorite people to shoot with! I love him.

Cleaning the Derby House!

So we got our warehouse! And its HUGE! Its big enough to fit 3 regulation sized tracks inside! Although we are going to put 2 and only 1 at regulation size. Either way we are going to utilize all the space, and put our main trick in the middle and a training track on the right hand side, plus prolly more training areas on the left as well. We have a lot of space to work with so we're gonna make it work! Im so excited, I was there cleaning tonight and will be going back sunday! Practices moved and now are monday nights, tuesday nights, thursday nights, and saturday mornings. 6-9 on weekdays and 10-1 I think it was on saturday, so we'll see. If we can get eerything cleaned up enough this week then we'll start practicing there on monday! So excited! Heres a few pix of us tonight!

Im wearing Derby Gear because I took this pic yesterday on my way to Derby. Anyways Im going camping tomorrow and wont be back till saturday! So hope you guys can last that long without me! So we had our last practice at classic skating last night and went to Wing Nutz afterwords! It was a ton of fun and Im gonna miss classic! At least we get to go back on Thursdays for recruitment nights! Anyways Since Ive already explained all about my derby outfits a million times, ill leave it out of this one! I usually wear the same outfit to derby, sometimes in different colors, but the same thing. Either way, I love my girls and Derby rules!!!!

We got our new building!!! Go HVDD!

So we got our new building, its in Spanish fork and thats all im at liberty to say! We had a cleaning party yesterday which I missed unfortunately, but there will be more cleaning throughout this week which I will attend! Tonights practice at classic will be our last practice there! So im gonna bring my camera and take tons of pix for us to hang on th Walls of our new building! Im so super excited, things keep getting better and better. Cant even wait to start practicing there! Yessss. Juss thought id throw that out there! Ill be updating tonight when I get home with some pix from our last practice at classic! So be watching for that!

So I decided t use this photo because The Happy Valley Derby Darlins were in the Springville parade and it was a freakin blast! We skated and had tons of fun! So I got my skates at Sonic when I worked there, I got my socks and pink spandex at Hanks in provo, I got my shorts at Gen X, I got my pink shirt at aeropostale, I got my grey shirt from HVDD and I customized it myself, I got all my gear from sports authority, and m camelback I cant remember where I got it from. Happy Valley Derby Darlins Fundraiser at the Deerhunter!

So lat night was the fundraiser with HVDD at deerhunter. It was a ton of fun, we gave away tons of prizes in our raffle and sold alot of other stuff. I hung out and mingled with eeryone, got to know more people that I didnt know before, some a little too well (Quin, I should murder you) Anyways it was a blast. I skated the entire night which was surprising because I didnt fall and die at all, though I think I should have at least once haha.

So Unique hosted an event at Carols Cove with the band CattleDrive and it was a blast. This is me posing with the guitar player Andy. I got my entire outfit at hotopic. all in the same day actually. Enjoy :)(:

Happy Valley Derby Darlins in the Springville Parade!

Soo, this morning we were in the Springville parade and it was so much fun! It wasnt as long as I thought it was going to be, which Im not complaining haha. But it was cool. We were doing drills like figure 8's, fast feet, falls, pace lines, whips, and hip assists. We had girls holding the banner while skating too, and girls pulling wagons, handing out fliers along with some of the refs too. It was really hot outside but the sun wasnt all the way out so that was good! First parade evar for the HVDD! Yay! We'll be in more coming up soon! So watch for us! ANd we're recruiting too! So if you wanna join us let us know!

CattleDrive at Carols Cove!

So we did our first promotional event as the Stars of Unique at Carols Cove last night! Cattledrive was playing and an old friend of mine Michael Hernandez is the lead singer and guitar player of the band! So that was cool. We went to B and B's and got our hair and makeup done, then headed out! We got there around 9pm and started playing pool, then we got on stage and introduced ourselves and the band! Later on we went around and had eeryone put their name in our raffle for shirts and we drew out 7 names, then for the last 2 shirts we had a best tattoo contest and we judged the tattoos and gave away 2 more shirts. Then we danced all night on stage and off with cattledrive and played pool. It was really fun. Allover it was a  good night and I think we furthered our name out there! Cant wait to do it again! Heres some pix from the event.
